34. William R. HOOKS⁴ was born on 11 August 1851 in Wayne County, North Carolina.⁴ He was buried in 1913 at Fremont Cemetery in Fremont, Wayne County, North Carolina. He died on 30 October 1913 at the age of 62.

William R. HOOKS and Selina "Lina" SIMMONS were married.⁴ Selina "Lina" SIMMONS⁴ was born on 5 June 1861. She was buried in 1900 at Fremont Cemetery in Fremont, Wayne County, North Carolina. She died on 5 March 1900 at the age of 38.

William R. HOOKS and Selina "Lina" SIMMONS had the following children:

80	i.	Jonathan T. HOOKS Jr. was born on 6 July 1888. He was buried in 1915 at Fremont Cemetery in Fremont, Wayne County, North Carolina. He died on 14 June 1915 at the age of 26.
81	ii.	Neta HOOKS was born on 6 June 1890. She was buried in 1932 at Fremont Cemetery in Fremont, Wayne County, North Carolina. She died on 12 March 1932 at the age of 41.

William R. HOOKS and Sarah COPELAND were married.⁴ Sarah COPELAND⁴ was born on 9 December 1872. She died on 6 July 1928 at the age of 55. She was buried in 1928 at Fremont Cemetery in Fremont, Wayne County, North Carolina.
